Brendan Pytka is the Founder of PQR Consulting and has been involved in over $200m in real estate development activity over the past ten years.

He has over 15 years of experience in real estate development and finance. After working in Mergers and Acquisitions in New York and London, Brendan transitioned to real estate and has worked with both large and small developers and investors. He is a graduate of the Wharton School with a focus on Finance, Real Estate and Public Policy.

PQR works with developers and investors to find, acquire, organize and analyze the right information to help developers and investors make the best-informed decisions.
